  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and Google. We use Shopify to power our online store. Order information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and PayPal information), email address, and phone number.  When you make a purchase, your credit card or PayPal information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PIC-DSS) and transmitted securely to PayPal, our payment gateway service.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processors Shopify, PayPal, and our other partners.  In general, third-party service providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide us.

Inquiries and Customer support information

  • Purpose of collection: to answer inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with Google, who provides our ‘contact us’ form.

Email marketing information

We take spam seriously and will only send marketing emails to you if you request to join our email newsletter list.  If you have joined our list, you may unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at info@dr-nis.com with the word ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject or body of the email.

  • Purpose of collection: to provide you with news and offers about Dr. Ni’s.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with Shopify and our email partner Seguno.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at info@dr-nis.com to request deletion.

European Union Residents and GDPR

Please note that we do not sell to addresses outside the United States.  However, if you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
